Daily, you'll handle check-ins, reservations, and manage our front desk operations using our in-house system. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, and manage reservations using our in-house system.
• Process payments and manage membership renewals.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations during events and tournaments.
• Provide information about club facilities, amenities, and services.
• Monitor front desk area for security and safety purposes.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with any additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the club.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a sports or leisure facility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with basic customer service software, such as QuickBooks or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
