As a Duty Manager at Belitung Paradise Resorts, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort. You will work closely with the General Manager to manage daily activities, including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and guest services. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and guest services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage and train a team of 20-30 staff members.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and control budget for operations.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures.
• Ensure all staff are properly trained and certified.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing a team of 20-30 staff members.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of hospitality software such as PMS (Property Management System) and POS (Point of Sale).
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
