📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of PPPK policies to assess their alignment with national goals and regulations.
- Provide detailed insights and recommendations to enhance policy effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data and information for policy evaluations.
- Develop and implement evaluation frameworks and methodologies.
- Monitor policy implementation and provide regular reports on policy performance.

- Ensure compliance with national and international standards and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy evaluation or a related field.
- Strong understanding of national policies and regulations related to PPPK.
- Proficiency in using policy evaluation tools and software such as SPSS, NVivo, and Stata.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
