📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Schedule appointments with clients and ensure all bookings are accurately recorded.
- Manage client inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment setups.
- Maintain accurate records of all appointments and client interactions.
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and address any concerns.
- Assist in preparing for client meetings to ensure our team is well-prepared.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian.
