📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate grinding machines to achieve precise dimensions and surface finishes on metal parts.
- Inspect and measure workpieces to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow work instructions and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on grinding machines.
- Record and report production data and quality control results.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance production efficiency.
- Adhere to strict quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality products.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Grinding Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with grinding machines such as surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, and centerless grinders.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming is a plus.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols.
