📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the measurement and cost estimation of construction projects.
  • Prepare and submit accurate cost reports and financial statements.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Prepare tender documents and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry and regulations.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, CQS) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
