PT Mandiri Mega is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Prepare and review budget forecasts and variance analysis,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns,Provide training and guidance to junior accountants,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Indonesian
