CV Tambang Raya is looking for a skilled Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our mining projects in Dili. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of success in similar roles. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our projects in Dili.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of mining projects in Dili.,Ensure that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.,Monitor and report on project progress and performance.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the mining industry.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun (local language of Dili) is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
