In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we source high-quality materials at competitive prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Develop and maintain vendor relationships to secure the best prices and quality products.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-saving measures.,Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Good understanding of Indonesian market and industry trends.
