📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive workplace safety programs in compliance with international standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that safety considerations are integrated into all aspects of operations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and laws.
• Investigate and report on workplace incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Foster a strong safety culture within the organization, promoting a proactive approach to workplace safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or a related field, such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
• Strong knowledge of international safety standards and regulations, including ISO 45001.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing safety programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
