📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions,Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses,Facilitate workshops and training sessions,Collaborate with managers and team leads to integrate training into the company's overall development strategy,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related role,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using training management systems and software,Experience in developing and delivering training programs in a corporate environment is a plus
