In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance our employees' skills and knowledge, ultimately contributing to our café's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and develop training materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements,Collaborate with the management team to align training programs with business goals,Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to facilitate their learning and development,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Evaluate and select training providers and resources as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software,Knowledge of café operations and service standards is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian is required
