CV Cendrawasih Cendana is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your accounting skills while contributing to the financial health of our growing company.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, and providing support to the senior accountant.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about accounting, eager to learn, and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Provide support to the senior accountant in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide support to the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your accounting skills.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
