Mandiri Medical is currently seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
