📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Support the company's growth by attracting and retaining top talent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with medical or healthcare industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
