🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in poultry processing or related manufacturing roles.
• Proven track record of leading manufacturing operations with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
• Strong understanding of Halal standards and food safety regulations.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is highly desirable.
