📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's vehicle fleet.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.,Manage fuel and oil consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely repairs and maintenance.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving company vehicles.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
