Space Mart Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and execution of banquet events, including setting up and cleaning up the event space.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.,Coordinate with the event team to ensure that all banquet services run smoothly.,Maintain a clean and organized event space, including tables, chairs, and other equipment.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during the event.,Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure that all event details are met and exceeded.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the event.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event planning and coordination.,Good physical condition to assist with event setup and breakdown.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons.
