📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices and payments using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Manage and update customer billing records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing inquiries and issues.
• Ensure compliance with billing and accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare and submit monthly billing reports to management.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest billing and accounting trends and best practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the accounting manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in billing and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
